- AGENDA FOR THE BUDGET MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRINGVILLE, UTAH Springville City Multi-Purpose Meeting Room 110 South Main, Springville, Utah April 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL WILL DISCUSS ISSUES REGARDING BUDGETING NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON ANY ITEMS CLOSED SESSION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess from the Budget Meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by Utah Code Annotated ยง52-4-205
