NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 17, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Samuel Coster, for a Zoning Map Amendment, known as the Coster Zoning Map Amendment, at approximately 13040 S 1300 E. for the purpose of rezoning the property from RA1 to RM2, with a development agreement guaranteeing one single-family detached home on the property.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on April 17, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
