NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND ANALYSIS Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hideout intends to prepare and possibly adopt an impact fee facilities plan and analysis to determine the appropriate amount of impact fees for water, sewer, transportation and sewer capital facilities. The impact fee service area for this analysis and the geographical area where the proposed facilities will be located and the fees charged will include the entire Town boundaries. The Town has engaged Brent R. Ventura of Horrocks Engineers to assist it in the preparation and adoption of the plan and analysis. Interested persons can contact the Town at 10860 North Hideout Trail, Hideout Utah, 84036 or Horrocks Engineers to obtain information about this matter.
