NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Part-time Lifeguards at the Gunnison Swimming Pool ~ Manager Havey 4) Discuss Secondary Water Situation with Proposed Approval of Method for Conservation ~ Councilmember Hill 5) Discuss 4th of July Celebration ~ Councilmember Hill 6) Discuss Summer Concert Event at the Plaza ~ Mayor Nay 7) Discuss ULCT Conference, April 25-27, 2018 8) Review Possible Employee Safety Incentive Program for TAP Application with Proposed Approval 9) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, March 21, 2018, Open and Closed Sessions 10) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 11) Future Items 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
