- AMERICAN FORK CITY AMERICAN FORK CEMETERY COMMITTEE MEETING April 9, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Cemetery Committee will meet on April 9, 2018 at the American Fork Administration Building, located at 51 East Main, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Prayer: Attendance: Approval of previous meeting minutes: 1. Discuss assignments for the Cemetery Committee members. 2. Discuss By-Laws for the Cemetery Committee. 3. Discuss the Memorial Day Program which will be held Monday, May 28, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. 4.
