NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 04 April 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Horse & Buggy - Carli O'Neil 4. Town Employee Report 5. Animal Control Officer Report 6. Complaint Received from Josh Fielder 7. CIB Meeting Discussion - Moving forward on Project- Fire - Kitchen addition. 8. Town Truck - Registration 9. Board Member Reports/Concerns 10. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 11. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 12. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
