NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Millville City will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 5, 2018 in the Millville City Office, at 510 East 300 South, Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. 1. Roll call 2. Opening remarks/Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Review and approval of agenda 4. Review and approval of minutes from Mar 15, 2018. 5. Swearing in of Alternate Commissioner Matthew Anderson. 6. Action Items: A. Public Hearing - changes to Ordinance 17.20.040, corner setbacks. 8:05 pm B. Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ord. 17.20.040. C. Public Hearing - changes to Ordinance 17.08.020, frontage. 8:10 pm D. Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ord. 17.08.020. E. Review and recom. to the CC regarding the Millville Canyon Ridge revised drawings. F. Review and recom. to the CC regarding the petition for annexation from Dan Hunsaker. G. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Ballstaedt Builders for a residence to be located at 58 North 500 East, Mond Aire Heights, Lot 38, in Millville, UT. H. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Ballstaedt Builders for a residence to be located at 76 North 500 East, Mond Aire Heights, Lot 37, in Millville, UT. I. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by David Anderson for a residence to be located at 65 North 400 East, Majestic Heights Estates, Lot 5, in Millville, UT. J. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Adam Croshaw for a residence to be located at 50 North 470 East, Mond Aire Heights, Lot 51, in Millville, UT. K.
