PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 2469 N 180 W (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jared Sutch for a conditional use permit for an accessory structure, 24' 4' in height, on property located at 2469 North 180 West in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 1707 West State St (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request from Dakota Hawks of Technology Associates for a Conditional Use Permit for a commercial communication antenna on the property located at 1707 West State Street in the Commercial Sales Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at 526 W Center St (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mark Johnson to rezone 0.9 acres in order to remove the Senior Housing Overlay from property located at 526 West Center Street. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 452 W Center St (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mark Johnson for a one-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Grovecrest Villas Plat 'B' on property located at 452 West Center Street in the Commercial Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 526 W Center St (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Mark Johnson for a proposed site plan for phase 1 of a project called Grovecrest Suites that will feature a new mixed-use building with first floor office/commercial and 16 residential units on property located at 526 West Center Street in the Commercial Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 452 W Center St (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Mark Johnson for a proposed site plan for a portion of phase 1 and phase 2 of a project called Grovecrest Suites that includes a parking lot and future building pad on property located at 452 West Center Street in the Commercial Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone.
