THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN, UTAH PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of West Jordan Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at which time input will be received concerning the proposed items: - FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT - Peterson Commons at Stone Creek; 8142 South 4800 West; Future Land Use Map Amendment for 5.2 acres from Professional Office to Low Density Residential; P-C Zone; Peterson Development LLC/Justin Peterson (applicant) - FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT & REZONE - Brinkerhoff Bluffs; 7653 South 1300 West; Future Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 9 acres of property from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and Rezone from RR-.5D (Rural Residential 1/2-acre minimum lots) Zone to PRD(M) (SHO) (Planned Residential Development, medium density - Senior Housing Overlay) Zone; Cannon & Company/Gary Cannon (applicant) - FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT - BMP LLC Property; 7540 South Redwood Road; Future Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 0.82 acre of property from High Density Residential to Professional Office Designation; P-O Zone; City of West Jordan (applicant) - FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT & REZONE - Utah Power R-2 Property; 1105 West 7000 South; Future Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 1 acre of property from High Density Residential to Parks and Open Land Designation and Rezone from R-2 (Two-family Residential) Zone to PRO (Parks, Recreation and Open Space) Zone; City of West Jordan (applicant) - FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT & REZONE - 1095 West City Property; 1095 West 7000 South; Future Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 1 acre of property from High Density Residential to Parks and Open Lands and Rezone from R-2 (Two-family Residential) Zone to PRO (Parks, Recreation and Open Space) Zone; City of West Jordan (applicant) The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the West Jordan City Hall, third floor, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. The Planning Commission will consider input from all interested parties prior to making a recommendation to the West Jordan City Council on this issue.
