PUBLIC HEARING - PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE COVE AT HYDE PARK (Administrative)
Sterling Land Holdings submitted a Preliminary Plat of The Cove at Hyde Park, a proposed subdivision located at about 500 South 200 West. The proposal includes developing 20 acres into two components: 13 acres as 27 single family lots and 7 acres as 35 senior PUD lots, both in a residential (RE-20) zone.
