- 1- CALL TO ORDER. 2- ROLL CALL. 3- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 1- APPROVAL OF THE CORRECTED MINUTES March 1, 2018. 2- TOM LUND DISCUSSION ON UTILITY SERVICES FOR RV PARK. 3- DISCUSSION ON CITY HALL BUILDING USE. 4- APPROVAL ON PURCHASING TWO I-PADS FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1200.00. 5- APPROVAL ON STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR GRANT APPLICATION. 6- DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON ORDINANCE 2018-1 ADOPTING CIVIL PENALTY PROCESS FOR CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT. 7- DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON ORDINANCE 2018-2 CORRECTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION ON LUND ANNEXATION. 8- MOTION FOR CLOSED SESSION CONCERNING A PERSONNEL ISSUE. The council may convene in a closed session to discuss items as provided by Utah Code 52-4-205. REPORTS ONLY FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS AND HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS. ADJOURNMENT:
