NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday April 3, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes March 6, 2018 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. Cornish town Council- questions about water 2. Special Use permit 3. Mosquito Abatement update- Councilmember Kim Hatch 4. Parks & Recreation update- Councilmember Kim Hatch a. Easter b. Cinco de Mayo c. Town Float d. 4th of July Flag disposal ceremony 5. Fire Department update- Fire Chief Lance Kingston or a representative 6. Planning & Zoning update 7. Roads update a. Bid opening for 1600 South construction Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
