NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION
DECEMBER 14, 2017
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation will hold a Special Meeting at the offices of Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) 2479 South Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, Utah (UHC Offices) commencing at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 14, 2017.
One or more Trustees of UHC may participate via telephonic conference originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be the UHC Offices. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The agenda will be substantially as follows:
1. Approval of minutes:
- September 28, 2017 Regular Meeting
2. Resolution 2017-20 approving Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocations
3. Report of Audit Committee; Presentation by Deloitte
4. Resolution 2017-21 authorizing a tax exempt mortgage loan of not to exceed $30,000,000 to finance the acquisition and construction of the Garden Lofts Apartments, Salt Lake City, Utah
5. Resolution 2017-22 authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $17,000,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds Series 2017, to finance the acquisition and construction of the Cornell Street Apartments, Salt Lake City, Utah
6. Resolution 2017-23 authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $12,500,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds Series 2017, to finance the acquisition and construction of the Lakeview Heights Apartments, Clearfield, Utah
7. Resolution 2017-24 authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $18,000,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds Series 2017, to finance the acquisition and construction of the Liberty Uptown Apartments, Salt Lake City, Utah
8. Resolution 2017-25 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $150,000,000 GNMA MBS
9. Resolution 2017-26 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $100,000,000 GNMA Tax-Exempt MBS
10. Resolution 2017-27 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $100,000,000 FNMA MBS
11. Resolution 2017-28 authorizing the issuance and sale of Single Family Tax-Exempt Indexed Notes and MBS-backed securities in one or more series in an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000,000
