Review and approval of the minutes of the 2018-3-20 P&ZC meeting 2. Discussion of plans for the Public Hearing on the draft ordinance to establish one individual as the 'Scipio Town Land Use Authority' and the draft ordinance to establish the Scipio Town Planning and Zoning Commission as the 'Scipio Appeal Authority' to (a) hear appeals of decisions of the Land Use Authority and (b) consider petitions for variance from the Scipio Town Zoning Ordinance 3. Discussion of the date and plans for the Public Hearing on the draft 2018 revision of the 2012 Scipio Town General Plan 4. Discussion of the draft revision of the 2013 Scipio Town Zoning Ordinance 5. Other items
