PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given that the Scipio Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in the Scipio Community Center.
The hearing is to receive public input on two draft ordinances: (1) AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCIPIO LAND USE AUTHORITY and (2) AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCIPIO TOWN APPPEAL AUTHORITY. These ordinances are needed for compliance with Utah State Code, Title 10, Chapter 9. Attendees may ask questions and/or make comments within a 3-minute time limit. After all attendees have had an opportunity to speak, any attendee may ask a question and/or make a comment within one additional 3-minute period. No voting will occur but all input will be considered before final draft ordinances are submitted to the Scipio Town Council.
Printed copies of the draft ordinances may be examined in the Scipio Community Center, and pdf copies of these documents can be obtained from morrisrobins@gmail.com by email request.
