Citizen input 8. Don Davis-review and discuss the building inspections that have been performed in 2017 9. Darren Parry-Chairman of the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation, to discuss the future of the Bear River Massacre Site and Interpretive Center 10. Interview applicants for vacant Council seat: Chad Poulsen Paul Egbert Dale Sorensen Gary Saxton Denise Lindsay 11. Selection of new council member 12. Swearing in of new council member 13. Beginning at 6:45 p.m. conduct the following public hearings: a.Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption 2018-1 resolution setting the costs and fees charges for cemetery lots and services. b. Receive public input then consider for possible approval amending the City Code Title 7, section 3 entitled 'Cemetery Regulations.' This amendment is adopting new regulations which include restrictions on the number of remains to be interred in s single burial space. 14. Discuss the future options of Wellsville City operating a camp ground on the north east corner of the Dam. 15. Discuss and approve the Interlocal Agreement between Cache County Sheriff's office and Wellsville City for law enforcement services. 16. Department repotrts 17. City Manager/Recorders report
