13. Beginning at 6:45 p.m. conduct the following public hearings:
a.Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption 2018-1 resolution setting the costs and fees charges for cemetery lots and services.
b. Receive public input then consider for possible approval amending the City Code Title 7, section 3 entitled 'Cemetery Regulations.' This amendment is adopting new regulations which include restrictions on the number of remains to be interred in s single burial space.
14. Discuss the future options of Wellsville City operating a camp ground on the north east corner of the Dam.
15. Discuss and approve the Interlocal Agreement between Cache County Sheriff's office and Wellsville City for law enforcement services.
