Description/Agenda: To be published on April 14, 2018, in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on April 26, 2018 to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the Administrative Appeals Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 3-1-280, 9-4-030, 9-5-080, 9-5-090, and 9-5-180 in order to amend the hearing body for conditional use permit and site plan appeals and to align the requirements of the Appeals and Variance Hearing Officer with Utah State Code. The meeting on previously noticed date, April 12, 2018, will NOT occur. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on April 26, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Russell Fox at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6516.
