Public notice is given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold a Hearing on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at 6:00 PM at the Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr., Apple Valley, Utah.
Notice is hereby given the Town of Apple Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
Proposed changes to the land use ordinance Title 10 Chapter 6 OST Open Space Transition Zone
Adoption of the proposed land use ordinance Title 10 Chapter 5.5 OS Open Space Zone
Adoption of the proposed land use ordinance Title 10 Chapter 10-B RVP Recreational Vehicle Park Zone.
Adoption of the proposed land use ordinance Title 10 Chapter 10-C CTP Cabins and Tiny Home Park Zone
Interested persons are encouraged to attend public hearings or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
