Approval of surplus property and authorizing its disposal according to the Surplus Property Policy - Juan Garrido, Water Reclamation and Storm Water Superintendent 14. Approval of an Agreement with Beach Entertainment and Talent, Inc. for performance from Landshark Band at 2018 Art City Days' Concert - Corey Merideth, Recreation Director 3. DISCUSSIONS/PRESENTATIONS a) Discussion of Hobble Creek Golf Course Volunteers - Craig Norman, Golf Pro b) City Branding Discussion - Troy Fitzgerald, City Administrator 4. MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS 5. CLOSED SESSION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-205. 6.
