NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On April 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:
Public hearing and recommendation of Brandon Hatch's request for review of a zone change on approximately 8.33-acres of property located at 1385 West 700 South changing the zoning from a TH-5 to an R-1-22 zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Rimrock's request for review of a zone change on 12.01-acres of property located at approximately 1350 East 200 South changing the zoning from Commercial to TOD.
Public hearing and recommendation of Stephanie Summers' request for the Summers Subdivision concept, a 3-lot residential development located at 590 North 200 West in an R-2 zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Gold Stream Partners' request for review of a zone change on 3.15-acres of property located at 708 West Main Street changing the zoning from A-1 to Commercial.
Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Homes' requests for review of an Area Plan Amendment for Holbrook Farms, bringing additional property into the existing approved area plan.
Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Homes' request for review of a zone change (Turpin Property) on approximately 71-acres of property located at approximately 2100 North 3600 West changing the zoning from TH-5 to PC.
Public hearing and recommendation of Tony Trane's request for review of the River Park Plat B preliminary subdivision, a 6-lot residential development located at approximately 1300 North 2800 West in an R-1-22 zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Steelwater Ranches request for review of The Meadows at Lakeside preliminary subdivision, a 47-lot residential development located at approximately 1625 South 1700 West in an approved R-1-8 zone.
