April 11, 2018
During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting
At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square
114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah

To accept public input on the following items:
a. RE OPENING CHAPTER 21, RESORT ZONE (RZ), WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNATED FOR
ZION RIVER RESORT.
b. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING (VULU) CHAPTERS SIXTEEN, SEVENTEEN, TWENTY-FOUR, AND
THE VARIOUS SUB SECTIONS FOUND WITHIN, WHICH REQUIRE UPDATING TO MEET THE
CHANGING NEEDS OF THE TOWN AND TO ACCOMMODATE THE TOWNS DESIRE TO HAVE
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING WITHIN TOWN BOUNDARIES.
c. EXPANDING ORDINANCE # 2018-022818-02 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR
THE LEASING OF ENTIRE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS FOR PERIODS OF LESS THAN
THIRTY (30) CONSECUTIVE DAYS - ALSO KNOWN AS 'SHORT-TERM RENTALS.
