- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Recommendation to the City Council to amend Chapter 13.19 Site Specific Development Districts of the Taylorsville Municipal Code. File #13Z17 Recommendation to the City Council to adopt Chapter 13.39 Site Specific Development - Residential - Muirhouse (SSD-R-Muirhouse) of the Taylorsville Municipal Code. File #13Z17 Recommendation to the City Council to rezone 8.62 acres located at 3845 West 4700 South from Hospital (H) to Site Specific Development - Residential - Muirhouse (SSD-R-Muirhouse). File #13Z17 Recommendation to the City Council to adjust building locations and setbacks in commercial districts. File #2Z18. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
