- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on April 10th 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for the following items: - Eagle Mountain City General Plan Update/Amendment. A major update/rewrite to the City's guiding document for growth and development of the City. A draft copy for review can be found at: https://www.planeaglemountain.com/the-draft.html - Eagle Mountain Benches Rezone. A proposed rezone of approximately 101 acres of property (59:006:0042, 0046, 0054, 0055) from Agriculture to Residential for the Eagle Mountain Benches project, with a minimum lot size of 1 acre, located along Lake Mountain Road. - Ranches Golf Course Rezone. An applicant-proposed rezone of approximately 5 acres in various areas of the golf course from open space to Residential (27 single-family lots) and approximately 0.68 acres to Commercial. The materials for the proposed rezones may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
