NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday April 17, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose adding utility requirements in 02-31 Subdivisions; amending 02-31-018 Signature Blocks; and adding definition for Accessory Dwelling Unit to 02-02 Definitions in the Naples City Land Use Ordinance and a subdivision amendment for The Farm Subdivision 2014 Phase 1. The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact Joshua Bake at (435) 789-9090. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the Naples City Office at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
