The Regular Electronic Meeting of the West Valley City Council will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 6:30 PM, in the City Council Chambers, West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A G E N D A 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Opening Ceremony: Councilmember Jake Fitisemanu 4. Special Recognitions 5. Approval of Minutes: A. March 27, 2018 6. Awards, Ceremonies and Proclamations: A. Employee of the Month Award, April 2018- Kamie Macaluso, Administration B. Division of the Quarter Award- Police Training, Police Department C. Proclamation Recognizing April 2018 as Child Abuse Prevention Month 7. Comment Period: (The comment period is limited to 30 minutes. Any person wishing to comment shall limit their comments to five minutes. Any person wishing to comment during the comment period shall request recognition by the Mayor. Upon recognition, the citizen shall approach the microphone. All comments shall be directed to the Mayor. No person addressing the City Council during the comment period shall be allowed to comment more than once during that comment period. Speakers should not expect any debate with the Mayor, City Council or City Staff; however, the Mayor, City Council or City Staff may respond within the 30-minute period.) A. Public Comments B. Accept Public Input Regarding Application S-4-2018, Filed by George Huddleston, Requesting Final Plat Approval for the Colt Plaza II Subdivision- Lots 7 & 8 Amended Located at 3041 South Glen Eagles Drive (5700 West) Action: Consider Ordinance 18-09, Approve the Amendment of Lots 7 & 8 of the Colt Plaza II Subdivision 9. Resolutions: A. 18-34: Approve the Purchase of Five X-Series Cardiac Monitors from Zoll Medical Corporation for Use by the Fire Department B. 18-35: Authorize the Execution of a Cooperative Agreement Between West Valley City and the Utah Department of Transportation for the Mountain View Corridor from 5400 South to 4100 South 10. New Business: A. Consider Application S-3-2018, Filed by Tyler Bodrero, Requesting Final Plat Approval for the Ascent Subdivision Located at 3846 South 5600 West B. Consider Application S-5-2018, Filed by Natalie Nichols, Requesting Final Plat Approval for the AFFCU West Valley 3500 South Subdivision Located at 3249 West 3500 South 11. Consent Agenda: A. Reso. 18-36: Authorize the City to Enter into a Right-Of-Way Contract with Harold L. Goldstein, Trustee of the Harold L.
