Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Julie Johnson is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a home-based baked-goods business at 13111 Blaze Court. - Blaine Page is requesting that property located at 12145 South 2200 West be rezoned from RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre Lots) to R-3 (Residential 14,000 Square Foot Lots). - Century Communities of Utah, LLC, has requested an amendment to section 18.45, RM-6 (Residential Multi-Family 6 Units Per Acre) zoning ordinance.
