Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, April 12, 2018 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Joseph R. & Bonneta Patterson Family Trust and Papageorge Estates, LLC, located at approximately 2950 W 1975 N. Petitioners have proposed that the property be rezoned from an RE-20 zone (20,000 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size) to an RE-15 zone (14,520 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size). The purpose of the second hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Papageorge Estates, LLC, located at approximately 3000 N. North Plain City Road. Petitioners have proposed that the property be rezoned from an RE-20 zone (20,000 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size) to an RE-15 zone (14,520 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size). More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
