- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. a. Addressing Odd Size Lots - Meeting square footage requirements vs. meeting setbacks to determine best use of property. - Jacqueline Jones and Wes Ivory Excavating - Requesting Exemption on Setbacks, if necessary, due to City sewer line across property at 135 W. Leadville Row. - Ashton and Jayden Kester - Discuss property located on Last Chance Street. b. Rezoning Property from Residential Multiple Units (RMU) to (R1) Residential. c. Adam Hall, Main Street Development and Request for procedures to rezone to allow residential condos within the BC Zone. d. Review of Annexation Procedures. e.
