- SOUTH UTAH VALLEY SOLID WASTE DISTRICT BOARD MEETING MARCH 28, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that South Utah Valley Solid Waste District will hold a regular public meeting in the Springville City Office Building, 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah, Commencing at 5:00 p.m. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Minutes: Board Meeting January 24, 2018 2. Expenditures: January 2018, and February 2018 AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Public Comment Period: a. Public input is invited at all Board meetings. In the interest of time, please keep comments to 3 to 5 minutes per person. Submission of written comments prior to meeting is encouraged. 2. Action Items: a. Financial Review, Reports i. Financial & Income Statements ending February 28, 2018 ii. Reports & Analysis b. Resolutions: i. Electronic Board Meeting Policies and Procedures (Res. 2018-3-1) ii. Sworn Statement Supporting Closure of Board Meeting (Res. 2018-3-2) c. 2018-2019 Tentative Budget i. Presentation of the 2018-2019 Tentative Budget ii. Approve the 2018-2019 Tentative Budget 3. Discussion Items: a. Recycling Coalition of Utah (Top 10 in the Bin) b. Legislative update H.B. 115 now H.B. 373 c. Future Agenda Items 4. Technical and Accounting Committee (TAC): a.
