- Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, and UCA § 52-4-202 notice is hereby given to the members of the Colorado City Town Council, the Hildale City Council, the Colorado City Planning Commission, the Hildale City Planning Commission, the Hildale/Colorado City Utility Board, the Public Works Advisory Board, and the Colorado City Airport Advisory Board, and to the general public that the members of the above-named Councils, Commissions and Boards may be attending a United States District Court Mandatory Education and Training workshop: Updated Policies & Procedures Training Town of Colorado City Town Hall 25 South Central Street Colorado City, AZ Friday March 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. MDT No formal action will be taken by any of the above-named Councils, Commissions or Boards

The Hildale City Planning Commission may, by motion, recess into executive session which is not open to the public, to receive legal advice from the City attorney(s) on any agenda item, or regarding sensitive personnel issues, or concerning negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property. Hildale City Planning Commission Members may be attending by telephone. Agenda may be subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. Individuals needing special accommodations should notify the City Recorder at 435-874-2323 at least three days prior to the meeting.
