- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, April 12, 2018, AT 6:30 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of an ordinance modernizing, standardizing and defining permitted and conditional uses in the Central Commercial (CC-1), General Commercial (GC-1), Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M-1) and Mining and Heavy Manufacturing (M&HM-1) zones. 2. Consideration of an ordinance allowing reduced lot frontage requirements for parcels with both commercial and residential or agricultural zoning. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
