EPHRAIM CITY RECREATION BOARD MEETING MARCH 28, 2018 7:00 P.M. EPHRAIM CITY HALL DOWNSTAIRS CONFERENCEE ROOM Agenda Items 1. Any Public comments 2. Comments from the Recreation Board who visited the Recreation Centers in Utah County: a. Phil's comments after talking with Brant Hanson. b. Where do we go from here? 3. Discuss the Concession Stand at the Baseball & Softball Complex. The Ephraim Lions Club has asked about it. 4. Spring Volleyball: Participant Totals Team 's 2nd & 3th Grade Team 4th & 5th Grade Team 7th & 8th Grade 5. Spring Soccer: Participant Totals Pre-school & Kindgarten Teams 1st & 2nd Grade: Teams 3rd Grade: Teams 4th & 5th Grade Teams 6th & 7th & 8th Grade Team 6.Boys Baseball: UBBA Present the draft policy. Present the letter of one-year probation. Present How field days will be done. Final draft Policy. a. Accelerated Team 7. Girls Softball: UGSA a. Accelerated Teams 8. Track & Field: Parent meeting on April 4, at 5:00 p.m. Handout Track Meet schedule and the events that each individual can participate in. 9. New dirt for the complex fields 10. Snow College Softball Team wants to add pitcher warmup areas just outside the dugouts on Field 1. These areas would be on the grass and would be enclosed by a chain link fence. 11. Recreation Board member comments on running one day tournaments for Volleyball, Basketball 3 on 3, and Pickle Ball. Also, comments on an All Night Coed Softball Tournament. 12. Field Crew for the Complex and Umpires for Baseball & Softball Games.
