- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Cedar Hills Kennels Dog Boarding Conditional Use Permit 460 N Cedar Hill Lane, Coalville, UT 84017 Parcel: ACB-2, 0.5 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission, in accordance with section 11-4-7 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed commercial kennel. The public hearing will be held: Thursday, April 5, 2018 Beginning at 6:00 p.m. Summit County Courthouse, County Council Chambers 60 North Main Street, Coalville, Utah, 84017 The applicant, Denise Blonquist, is requesting to use parcel ACB-2 as a commercial kennel for the boarding of up to 10 dogs.
