- CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, April 3 , 2018 beginning as close to 7:00 P.M. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. Both hearings are to consider proposed amendments to Title 13-Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations The purpose of the hearing is to consider proposed lot consolidation language and maximum lot size standards in residential zones. Please note: this hearing was rescheduled from March 20th. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider proposed langauge regarding signage in the RM Zone to allow a second sign on double frontage lots. Information regarding these matters is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT, 84117.
