CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2018; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, discussion, and possible action on RZN 1802-0003 a request by Betty Parker on behalf of Freeport Center Associates to rezone parcels from Agricultural (A-1) to Manufacturing (M-1), located at the intersection of 1000 West and Highway 193 (TIN(s): 12-021-0033, 12-021-0004, 12-021-0005, 12-021-0006, 12-021-0007, 12-021-0008, and a portion of 12-021-0034). The total acres included for the request is approximately 4.415 acres. A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
