Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request by Terry Harward for Preliminary Plan approval of Phases 1-5 of the Villages at Arrowhead Park, a planned residential development located west of Arrowhead Trail at approximately 1500 North. Phases 1-3 consist of 50 single-family dwelling lots and Phases 4-5 contain 65 townhome units for a total of 115 units. Additional information regarding the proposed development may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 801-465-5204 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
