- PUBLIC HEARING The Millville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 5, 2018 at 8:05 p.m. at the Millville City Office located at 510 East 300 South in Millville, Utah. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public input regarding the following proposed changes: 1) Ordinance 17.20.040 item D.2.b changing the side setback on a corner lot from 25 feet to 20 feet. 2) Ordinance 17.08.020 removing Private Street from the Frontage definition. A copy of the information pertaining to the hearing is available for inspection by contacting the Planning Commission Secretary Adria Davis at (435)213-0787, or at the City Office, 510 East 300 South, PO Box 308, Millville, Utah 84326. Interested persons are encouraged to attend and make comment or submit written comment prior to the hearing.
