Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on March 22, 2018 at 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: . City Magazine - The April Issue article covers the upcoming City Disaster Exercise. - The May article is due April 10. o Assignment: Syracuse Bluff - Communications - Various options, Family Comms, City Comms, Etc. Please send to Lane - lane@ditsystems.net 2. Rapid Neighborhood Assessment Program (RDAP) - Training program is being developed, replacing the Block Captain training starting in May. 3rd Saturday of each month from 9am to 10:30am. - Forms have been City branded. (to be shared at meeting) 3. Apr 21st Exercise Time Outline - See document (to be shared at meeting) 4. CERT update - Announcement: CERT Mock Disaster exercise scheduled for this Saturday, Mar 24.
