PUBLIC NOTICE
BOUNTIFUL CITY PROPOSED AGRICULTURAL PROTECTION AREA
Notice is hereby given that a proposal has been filed with the Bountiful City Council for the creation of an agriculture protection area for property located at approximately 1280 N. 400 E. with a total area of approximately 11.86 acres. The proposal will be open to public inspection at the Planning and Zoning Office, 790 S. 100 East, Bountiful Utah, (801) 298-6190, during regular office hours. Any person or entity affected may file a written request for modification of the proposal or written objections to the proposal with the City within 15 days of the date of this notice. The City will submit the proposal to the Agriculture Protection Area Advisory Board and to the Planning Commission for review and recommendations. The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday May 22, 2018 at the Bountiful City Hall, 790 S. 100 East to discuss and hear public comment, requests for modification, objections, and the recommendations of the Agriculture Advisory Board and Planning Commission.
