- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDMA Work Session on the 21st day of March 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Rollcall 2. Business - Councilmember Nichole Sparks - Clarkston Town Inspector Darrin Hancey - Agricultural Building Ordinance Discussion; Ord. 17-11, 17-12 & 17-13 3.
