CENTERFIELD CITY
LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Centerfield Local Building Authority will hold its regular meeting on March 21, 2018. The meeting will be held in the Centerfield City Hall, 130 South Main; which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda shall be as follows:

3 Petitions, Remonstrances and Communications:
Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Local Building Authority of Centerfield City, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2018 to finance the cost of construction of a restroom and storage annex adjacent to the Old Rock Church; calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the Facility to be funded by the Bonds; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated.
