- 2017 Annual Water Report The West Bountiful Water System meets or exceeds all requirements and standards set forth by the EPA in the Safe Drinking Water Act. These reports are available for review at the West Bountiful City offices, 550 N 800 W, or on the city's website www.wbcity.org.
