- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE March 22, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold a workshop meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. on March 22, 2018, in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah.
