PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The public hearing is being held for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and Zoning Map. The subject property is located at 1955 South Cove View Road (the old Elk's Lodge property), and is located in the CG zone (Commercial General). The applicant is requesting that the zone be changed to R1-10 (Single Family Residential). Published in the Richfield Reaper March 22 and March 29, 2018.
