- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, 20 March 2018, in the office at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of 20 February 2018 meeting 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Kaleb Rees, concerning new business license 5. Business: a. discuss with Josh Pecora any information from the zoning ordinance that might affect his new business 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345 or 436-5151. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
