Approval of the agenda for March 21, 2018. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Minutes from March 7, 2018 not available at this time. 3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS 4. FINAL PLAT a. Consider and recommendation to City Council for the Vida Sol Vacation Townhomes Final Plat located at approximately 500 North 1100 East. Applicant is Anthony Boccinno b. Consider and recommendation to City Council for the Rusted Hills Phase 6 Final Plat located at approximately Bronco Drive and Kings Court Lane. Applicant is Ray Dewitt. 5. PRELIMINARY PLAT a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Heritage Cove Subdivision located at approximately 1575 South and Carma Street. Applicant is Sullivan Homes LLC 6. PLAT AMENDMENT a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Plat Amendment for Canyon Greens in Coral Canyon. Purpose for the amendment is to change the lot line between Parcel 4 and Parcel 5 and to clarify ownership and use. Applicant is Reed Scow, Cole West. 7. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT a. Continuation of Conditional Use Permit C-18-07 to address mitigating condition #7 to move the center of the pole 150 feet to the north. Applicant is Tri-Star Media, LLC b. Public Hearing to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit C-18-09 request for an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility located at approximately Sandy Talus Drive and Washington Parkway. Applicant is Sienna Hills Properties LLC, Jason Taber c. Public Hearing to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit C-18-10 request for a RV Park located at approximately Bluff View Drive and north of 700 East. Applicant is Jason Timothy 8. DISCUSSION ITEM a. Discussion on amending the Subdivision Ordinance. b. Upcoming combined meeting May 30, 2018. c. Goals and strategies for Affordable Housing Plan.
