NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday March 19, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open stating time and date: 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the March 5, 2018 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Katie Hansen: Swimming pool business 3. 5:15 Jetta Robinson: Pearson Ranch water hauling agreement 4. 5:30 Tom Heaton: Rocky Mountain Power/Minersville Franchise Agreement 5. 5:45 Bryant Davis: Building permit 6. 6:00 Dale Craw: Town beautification ideas, (hanging flower pots) 7. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1. Snow plow 2. Spring improvements 3. ATV route 4. Wildland Fire Program Cooperative Agreement 5. Clinic lease agreement/ Insurance CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY & POSTING I, Cherie Wood, Minersville Town Clerk hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within Minersville Town on this 15th day of March, 2018.
