SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNHLC2017-00302. A proposed ordinance is before the Council to amend the zoning map to establish the Yalecrest - Douglas Park - 1 Local Historic District. This petition is for a request to designate a new local historic district that includes 11 homes located on the north and south sides of Hubbard Avenue between 1500 East and Fairview Avenue. The parcels proposed to be included in this designation are only addressed off of Hubbard Avenue, no additional parcels were included with this proposed designation. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. The City & County Building is an accessible facility.
