NOTICE OF MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF ST. ZONECHANGE AMENDMENT (ZCA) (Public Hearing) Consider a zone change amendment to change the fuel canopy colors and design and the building colors and materials for the previously approved 'Terrible Herbst.'
