Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday March 14, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from February 14, 2018 Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of February 15, 2018 to March14, 2018 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4.Discuss contact plan to update citizens about emergencies and business. 5.Discussion and decisions about funding for Easter Egg Hunt. 6.Discussion and possible passage of Water Rate Resolution 2018-1. 7.Discussion and Decision regarding Town Council vacancy. 8.Reassignment of Town Council department positions. 9.Discussion and decision about Town Council vacancy. 10.Update Council on Workman's comp filing. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 11.Water - Council Member Huggins a)Discussion and approval of funds for Water repair spare parts. 12.Roads - Council Member Smith 14.Planning and Zoning- Council Member John a)Fill Planning and Zoning vacancies. 15.
